Terms & Conditions

By placing an order on Lioren Home, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Prices and Payment

  • All prices are listed in EUR and include VAT where applicable.

  • We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

  • Orders are confirmed by email after successful payment.

2. Shipping and Delivery

  • We currently ship to European countries, including the United Kingdom.

  • Standard delivery time is 5–9 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Shipping costs (if applicable) are shown at checkout.

  • Delivery delays caused by courier services or customs are outside our responsibility.

3. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

  • You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the goods.

  • To exercise this right, please contact us at info@liorenhome.com before returning the product.

  • Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days after receiving the returned goods.

4. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Goods that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened

5. Liability

  • Lioren Home is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by factors beyond our control (force majeure, courier strikes, customs delays, etc.).

6. Governing Law and Disputes

  • These terms are governed by Slovak law and applicable EU consumer protection laws.

  • In case of disputes, you may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR):
